well, i’m writing this with some regret and disappointment. right now, i’ve been planning on being on stage at Youth Offender Services Juvenile Prison in Pueblo CO, RIGHT NOW. this event was scheduled as the release / debut of my junior album “Proximus”. the mission of this album is to bring attention, light and focused service around the young and incarcerated. what better way to kick it off?!
i thought it was God’s will and now i’m a bit confused, just being str8. the day before, we (me, my band and my label mate Verbs) get a call saying there was a huge fight in the yard and the prison is on lock down; no one is allowed in over the weekend. WHAT????!! i thought this was what God wanted?! so we tried our hardest to find our way around this, but no go.
pray for us, please. i know the enemy doesn’t want me to accomplish destiny, but he’s not strong enough. also, keep an eye on this website, our phone line (303) 675-3300 and at shows; we’re going to go even harder; i’m angry now.

Be encouraged…God knows why He didn’t allow it to happen today. Delayed doesn’t mean denied – just delayed. In time, I believe He will show you why He is doing it this way.
Can you imagine if the fight had spilled out into your event because of anger lingering between the incarcerated young people? God knows how much time is needed for things to cool down and for the young people to be able to actually receive the Word, not just hear with their natural ears. This is just one example – only God knows why He didn’t allow it today. Again my brother, be encouraged.
You already know the enemy want you to think Kingdom work ain’t gon get done but we already won. I’m excited that ya’ll are goin harder because that’s what this generation needs. Those who got in that fight are just going to listen more and the focus is going to be piercing! The good thing is that ya’ll were…oh just checked the date lol Kinda late but I’m prayin for future shows to be just as effective. Stay up!
